# patch description

Patches are applied as follows:

1) Copy the patch into the Webalizer source directory
2) Apply the patch (ie: "patch -p0 < sec-fix.patch")
3) Configure/compile as usual

Patches available in this directory
-----------------------------------

sec-fix.patch

  Security fix for the Webalizer version 2.01-06.  This patch fixes two
  problems discovered that would allow arbitrary HTML tags to be included
  in the Webalizer output.  This patch is already included in the V2.01-08
  source.

opera_segfault.patch

  Fixes a problem that can cause segfaults under certain circumstances
  when using a MangleAgent level of one (1).  This patch is for the V2.01-06
  source base, and is already included in V2.01-08.

v130-epoch.patch

  Very old versions of the Webalizer (V1.30 thru V2.00-xx) contain a bug
  that will cause records to be ignored after midnight, October 4th 2001.
  This patch will give you an extra 3 years, however you really should
  upgrade to the current V2.01-xx code, as there are several other bugs
  that have not been fixed in the older code.
